made a HUGE print yesterday - now i'm on the road to a real portfolio. Hopefully I can get some good criticism in critique tomorrow, all of my classmates tend to shy away from saying anything about my work. Maybe its because I'm not afraid to say what I love or hate about their work though I'm not sure. I hear only positive things from my professor, but even though he's ridiculously credible i'd like to hear his reasoning. Time to start applying to art schools in all of my favorite cities.

fucking choice spring break 2009:

Thurs before night/Friday before morning - drive to austin for sxsw. see some fucking rock bands on friday evening in to the night.
Saturday - see some fucking electro and DJ's. freeeeak out.

Sunday - explore some more of texas and drive back to kc/lawrence. rest from the 48 straight of music.

Wednesday - FATSAT show at the tap room. play bass!?
Thursday-Sunday - PUT AN ENGINE AND MANUAL TRANSMISSION IN THE 325ix. WOO

right now, it's sort of a point at which everyone can listen to the season change and do one of two things:
-go with it. go for it and go big
-be a dirty fucking hippie about it

now, i'll act like i've got a ton against being a "hippie" but in all reality, you should get with me there, it's something i do especially for murph. Being lazy is something i do when i want to do nothing about being current. being a true dirty fucking hippie, though, that's where i've decided everyone should stop.

for me, being a dirty fucking hippie means to just let something slide WAY too far.

I really should pay that speeding ticket from december - being a dirty fucking hippie.
sleeping in past when my alarm clock first goes off - really good feeling, but being a prett-well, i'll let that slide.
